Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. During high-volume periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. Please allow 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout 

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at onyxandvale@gmail.com.

Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped and are unable to offer a refund if the address is wrong.
